On the day of Lantern Parade activity children wear traditional Chinese costumes and bring the lanterns given by the school to the hall. They participate in activities such as moon gazing and searching for mid-autumn festival items, experiencing the joyful atmosphere of the mid-autumn festival.
To celebrate the National Day, our school distributes the “National Day Parent-child Handmade pack” to allow children and parents to experience the festive atmosphere and the fun of parent-child activities during participation and production. The works can be placed at home as decorations to cultivate an appreciation of Chinese culture and art.

Our school has set up fragrant sachets workshops for K1 and K2 students on Jan 17, allowing professional instructor to teach children skills and experience the fun of fragrant sachets.

Parents and children used the red packets to design different hanging decorations and hung around in the school for children to enjoy, welcoming the festive and joyful of Lunar Chinese New Year together!
During the Lunar New Year celebration, several children were arranged to play the God of Wealth and distributed candies to welcome parents and children back to school, filling the school with a Lunar New Year atmosphere. In addition, lion dance activities had played to enabling children understand and experience the traditional of Chinese.

Flour dolls are one of the traditional Chinese folk arts. They use flour as the main material, mix steamed dough into different colors, and use techniques such as kneading, kneading, cutting, and sticking to create exquisite characters. Our school arranged a flour doll workshop for K1 students on May 3. Under the guidance of professional instructors, children can experience the skills and fun of making flour dolls.
China has a long history of papermaking, and paper has helped the transmission of culture and the dissemination of knowledge. Dragon boats are most familiar to children during the Dragon Boat Festival. The school provides dragon boat models and Chinese bass drum for children to experience the fun of dragon boats.
The school encourages children to be creative, to design a special present for celebrating the handover of Hong Kong and wish Hong Kong a bright future.
The school played the film on the school day after the anniversary of the establishment of the HKSAR on July 1 to cultivate children’s national awareness and ethnic identity.
